It's been almost two weeks ago that I arrived at the Buddhist retreat center. It's really a great place to stay a little longer. Next weekend the seminar starts and a week later there is going to be a retreat for a week. I'm at least staying for the seminar, but probably also for the retreat.

Tuesdays is my day of. I went for a walk in the area. It's an amazing scenery. There are of course a lot of mountains and nature is quite pristine here. I walked for 7 hours and only met 2 people and 2 shepherd dogs trying to keep me away from the sheep. I only covered 18 km in that time as some steep slopes keep you from doing more.

During this weekend I also did two family constellations. First one as a demo, for which there was quite a bit of interest. After that I got a question to do a constellation with somebody 1:1. It feels great to share this interest with others.

But I don't have to leave the center to see the amazing surroundings here. These are some pictures I took from this place. Every day the view is different. The best is when the clouds are beneath us when the sun rises. It looks as if the clouds have spend the night in the valley. Then suddenly they start to rise and within a few minutes, the whole place is covered in a thick mist.
